just a peek of the new hats I've been making. If you live in Bellingham,you can see more of them Oct 21 at Project B'ham or on the happy heads of all the kids that bought them on the gallery walk this past friday.

Laboring for the Weekend

Making loads of felt goodies for the Blue Bottle gallery space at Bumbershoot (Labor Day Weekend in Seattle). I am most excited about the New zipper pouches with gorgeous hand dyed felt scraps. They are then stitched with patterns like flowering branches and winged insects in black thread on my machione. Also, I am returning to making flowers for hair, new methods and materials,but the idea is always in style.
