Laboring for the Weekend

Making loads of felt goodies for the Blue Bottle gallery space at Bumbershoot (Labor Day Weekend in Seattle). I am most excited about the New zipper pouches with gorgeous hand dyed felt scraps. They are then stitched with patterns like flowering branches and winged insects in black thread on my machione. Also, I am returning to making flowers for hair, new methods and materials,but the idea is always in style.

Jessica and James are hosting a selection of new art from some of their favorite locals (including Libby & Steeb) at dear edison and the lucky dumpster. This Saturday July 15th 5pm-close.
